The restaurant offers oysters directly shipped from the region and yakiniku (grilled meat) together. The menu includes all-you-can-eat oysters, oysters “steamed in a kettle,” risotto with oyster broth, and more. The restaurant is managed by Core Innovation (4 Ohashi-machi, Nagata-ku, Tokyo), which operates a restaurant and beauty salon business. This is the third restaurant in the company’s chain, which has already opened restaurants in Nagoya and Osaka.
The store has an area of 102.8 square meters. It has 6 table seats and 16 tatami room seats. The restaurant can also be rented out for private parties of up to 22 people. The interior will be beige and black with red accents.
The oyster menu includes fresh oysters (1 piece = 440 yen, 3 pieces = 1,300 yen, 5 pieces = 2,200 yen), kettle steamed oysters (500 grams = 1,800 yen, 1 kilogram = 2,800 yen), oysters in oil (3 pieces = 660 yen), fried oysters (5 pieces = 660 yen, 10 pieces = 1,100 yen), oyster soup The restaurant also offers the “Fever Set” (4,378 yen) and the “Oyster House Set” (3,278 yen), both of which can be ordered by two people.
