Aisuru Nundesu Settsu Motoyama (Higashinada-ku, Kobe) became popular in Itajuku and Kamisawa, and in April opened its sixth store, Aisuru Nundesu Settsu Motoyama. The store boasts homemade soft-serve ice cream and a parfait menu using domestically produced fruit! Marugoto Shirouto (whole white peaches)” was introduced at the parfait shop, so we went there to report on it.
The store is conveniently located along Route 2, and I got the impression that it is used by people of all ages and both men and women. The restaurant has counter seats against the wall and window seats by the window.
The restaurant has a relatively wide space in the middle with counter seats by the wall and table seats by the window, making it easy for customers to wait in the restaurant. It is very nice to be able to wait inside the restaurant to avoid the heat! Pets are welcome.

The menu is centered around 26 types of parfaits, including both regular and limited-time-only items, and 23 types of crepes, including both meal and sweet crepes.
When the ordering process had settled down for a while, we were presented with a “Goukai! Whole White Peach” parfait was made for us. Japanese white peaches are in season now. They try to purchase only ripe peaches with plenty of water in them.
First, they use scissors to quickly remove the seeds inside, taking care not to damage the peaches. The ripe and soft white peaches make it difficult to use the right amount of force. When the skin is peeled off, the fresh fruit easily appears smooth and smooth, a sign of ripeness.
After corn flakes and cut white peaches are added, homemade soft serve ice cream is added. This is a special sugar-free soft serve ice cream originally developed when the Itajuku main store was opened, and is based on a recipe common to all stores and blended with dairy products in the store.

The “Goudoukai! Marugoto Shiratomo” 980 yen (tax included)
The perfectly round white peach is just the right size to fit in a cup. They are just the right size to fit in a cup, and their cute colon-like appearance is also appealing!
When cut in half, the inside is filled with fresh cream.
The fruit is so soft that you can cut it with a spoon, and it contains plenty of water, which is a good balance for the sweet whipped cream.
What surprised me was the taste of the soft cream! It melts easily in the mouth and has a light aftertaste. Since no sugar is used, there is a pleasant aftertaste that does not leave you thirsty after eating. The collaboration with juicy ripe peaches is perfect for summer.
The white peach menu will be available until mid-August. There are five other limited-time menu items, but they are constantly being replaced depending on the fruit’s season.
