Kobe City, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Rokko Island Town Opening in March 2008, has compiled the “Future Vision of Rokko Island Town ”

show the direction of future town development, aiming to further improve the attractiveness and liveliness of the town in the future.
The project is being carried out in cooperation and collaboration with local residents and businesses.
The City of Rokko Island has decided to lend city-owned land with land use conditions on the condition that the City of Rokko Island will construct and operate its own bustling facilities such as experience-based recreational facilities and food and beverage-related facilities where many people can gather and enjoy themselves while taking advantage of the waterfront views.
The Selection Committee will examine the business plan and other proposals, and will select the operator with the highest price proposal as the preferred
bidder
.
