Kobe is working to attract companies to the city in order to stimulate the city’s economy and create employment.
In particular, in order to promote the attraction of offices to the Sannomiya CBD, the city has established a system to reduce property tax and city planning tax by 1/2 for 3 years (5 years for the Urban Function Inducing District) for new office buildings, and supports the supply of good office floors by reconstructing buildings.
We are pleased to announce that Kobe Land & Building Co., Ltd. will construct an office building on land owned by Kobe Bankers Association, a general incorporated association, to which this system No. 2 will apply.

2. About the Office Building Construction Promotion Program

Requirement 2 | (1) Those who are not engaged in adult entertainment business, etc., or a crime syndicate or a member of a crime syndicate (2) In principle, construction must start within one year and be completed within three years from the date of approval ( 3) Those who have not paid or failed to pay Kobe City taxes or received tax benefits under the same ord inance (4) Those who have not been approved for a private urban redevelopment project plan, etc. |
