11/23 OPEN! “Alster&Garten” Higashinada-ku, Kobe City

Alster&Garten” (Higashinada-ku, Kobe), a cafe offering specialty coffee and special sweets, will open on November 23.

The store is located on the B1 floor of the Mobius Building along the Yamanote Trunk Line, about a 7-minute walk from Hankyu Mikage Station.
The owner, Mr. Takasane Sakai. His brother is Takanori Sakai of Vissel Kobe!
The owner, Takasane Sakai, a former professional soccer player, and his team opened the cafe as a place where anyone can casually drop by and relax, with the desire to “create a place where people can connect with each other through coffee.
Inside the store
The interior of the store is inspired by the “love” that the owner developed during his days spent in Europe, and the counter was created and the walls were painted as much as possible by the owner’s own hands.
Espresso machine
The espresso machine, which is the “face” of the store, as well as the speakers, lighting, and other furnishings, are all carefully selected.
