Cafe Holo i Mua, a cake shop from Amagasaki, will appear at MARUI MARCHE on the first floor of Kobe MARUI (Chuo-ku, Kobe City) from November 30 to December 6.
This store offers “raw sweets,” cakes that are handmade one by one and made with only vegetable ingredients, without using wheat, sugar, eggs, or dairy products, which are allergens.
They are called “Guilty Free Sweets” because they are just as tasty as regular sweets and do not put a burden on the body, even for those who are careful about sugar and health. The product has attracted attention from numerous media outlets, and the Japan Anniversary Association has designated June 12 as “Roasted Sweets Day.
At the Kobe Marui store this time, a limited edition whole cake with 12 cuts and 12 kinds of raw sweets will be sold. Two new flavors, azuki and milk/rum raisin, are also included for the occasion.
The official website comments, “We would be happy if those who are unfamiliar with raw sweets could experience the charm of raw sweets and enjoy new discoveries. <The site also says that “roasted sweet” is
popular among allergy sufferers and health-conscious people.
It is also good that they are “nutritious and tasty enough to feed to small children without worry. I have not experienced it yet, so I would like to take this opportunity to try it.
