The

Culture and Sports Bureau has set up the “Sun and Green Path” hiking trail for people to casually stroll through Kobe’s rich natural environment and to get in touch with nature.
With the increase in outdoor-oriented people due to the impact of the new coronavirus, the number of people who enjoy hiking and mountain climbing has been increasing, but many of them are beginners, and there is a need to improve the paths so that they can be enjoyed more safely. For this reason, we are launching a team to conduct a comprehensive review of the “Sun and Green Trail” and promote necessary maintenance.
Therefore, we are looking for three fiscal year appointment staff (4 days a week) who will be responsible for the following tasks as members of the team.

1. Main duties

(

1) Field survey and coordination with right holders (landowners, community groups, etc.) and related departments
(2) Planning, drafting, and implementation to improve the attractiveness of the “Sun and Green Trail” by utilizing local resources
(3) Study and implementation of safety measures for hikers
(4) Installation of road signs and ordering of civil works
(5) Study and implementation for renewing the website
(6) Other related tasks

3.Period of appointment

However, only those with a good record of service during the previous appointment period will be appointed for each fiscal year (from April 1 to March 31 of the following year) after conducting interviews and other screening procedures.

4. Working conditions, etc.

(1) Remuneration and bonus
Monthly: approximately 175,600 yen (including regional allowance, without salary increase
)
*Basic salary and allowances are subject to change in accordance with salary revisions.

2) Working hours, etc.
( i) Working days: 4 days per week (31 hours per week)
(ii) Working hours: 8:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (60-minute break) (
iii) Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and days designated by the department during the week

(3) Work location
Kobe City Hall Building 1 (6-5-1, Kanocho, Chuo-ku, Kobe City)
