Hotel Plaza Kobe (Higashinada-ku, Kobe City) will hold a seafood-themed GW family buffet from April 29 through May 7.
The theme of the buffet is “Bite into the Bounty of Akashi and Awaji! the buffet will offer “local production for local consumption” dishes using Hyogo Prefecture ingredients such as Akashi sea bream and octopus from Awaji Island, which can be enjoyed by adults and children alike. This event is a great opportunity to enjoy seafood-rich dishes to your heart’s content. The main feature of the buffet is the “Kaisen-don,” a bowl of rice topped with all-you-can-eat salmon roe.
