The “National Festa of Moldova Gallery and Lectures” will be held from July 5 to 26 at Hyogo International Plaza in Chuo Ward, Kobe City.
The star of the event is the small Eastern European country of Moldova. Moldova” borders Ukraine and Romania, and has a population of approximately 2.6 million. It is a country rich in nature where wine making is flourishing.
The bazaar in the agricultural country of Moldova is overflowing with fruits and vegetables.
The “Moldova-Japan Friendship Association,” which sponsors the event, began its support activities for Moldova in 1994 with the aim of contributing to the increase of friendship and goodwill between the two countries. They have visited Moldova about 50 times so far.
About 35 photographs and ink drawings were exhibited at the exhibition. Through these works, Moldova’s beautiful nature and unique culture will be introduced.
Moldovan children are being raised in a relaxed atmosphere.
A seminar titled “Moldova’s Cultural Status from Historical Perspective” will be held as a related event (advance registration required).
The person in charge of the seminar said, “In Moldova, a small and little-known Eastern European country, poetry recitation is actively practiced from preschool age. We hope that visitors will be able to feel the children’s open and relaxed expressions and feel the beautiful scenes. <
