Kobe Anpanman Children’s Museum & Mall (Chuo Ward, Kobe City) will open a new summer-only area, “Mizu-Asobi Hiroba,” on July 7 and will run until September 11. A museum ticket is required for admission.
This is the first summer area in the facility that uses water, and features equipment such as the “Baikin Mecha,” which spins 360 degrees and sprays water all over the place, and the “Surprise Bucket,” which sends a lot of water down from above your head. The area, which has been very popular at the Anpanman Children’s Museums in Yokohama, Sendai, Nagoya, and Fukuoka every year, finally makes its debut in Kobe!
