The “Summer Lunch Buffet” will be held for five days only from August 11 to 15 at the restaurant “Trico” in Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu REI Hotel (Chuo-ku, Kobe City).
The theme of the “Summer Lunch Buffet” is “All-you-can-eat a wide variety of dishes that both adults and children can enjoy,” and the menu includes “Sirloin Steak” (Australian grass-fed beef), which has just the right amount of fat and lean meat, cold dishes, hot dishes, desserts, and a variety of other dishes. The all-you-can-eat buffet includes a variety of cold and hot dishes, desserts, and more. A drink bar is also included!
The lineup of cold dishes includes “Italian-style dishes with colorful vegetables and prosciutto ham” and “cold chawanmushi (steamed egg custard)” served with freshly cured Setouchi pike conger eel, while hot dishes include “spare ribs,” “Hawaiian chicken,” “whimsical pizza” and “Awajishima onion curry.
For dessert, a “chocolate fountain” with mini sweets called “verrines” as well as petit puffs and fruits is available.
In addition, “roll cake parfait” is offered to elementary school students and infants who make a reservation by 5:00 p.m. the day before use. (1 per person). This special dessert includes custard cream, mini roll cakes, vanilla ice cream, and children’s favorites.
