Kobe Marui (Chuo-ku, Kobe City) is holding “N・E・O festival”, which means “New Earth Our”, from August 11 to 20.
The event was first held in February of this year, and this is the second time it has been held, with the aim of providing an opportunity for each and every Kobe Marui staff member and customer to think about happiness and make the present and future happy.
As in the previous event, the “Thank You Gacha” will make its second appearance. The proceeds will be donated to the Kobe City Council of Social Welfare’s “Children’s Placemaking Project” to support children in Kobe. In addition to corporate sponsors such as Rokko Butter Co. and Hyogo Prefectural Hyogotsu Museum, tenants such as at Cosme Store, Cosme Kitchen, and #Aisu. During the period, 0.1% of the amount spent with the Epos card will be donated to welfare organizations, “YereYa African Textiles,” which handles textiles and sundries purchased from West Africa, trade-in of unwanted clothes, shoes, and bags (at the Toldus counter on the 4th floor), double Epos points at participating stores campaign at participating shops.
In addition, on the 3rd floor, there will be an exhibition of Kobe Marui’s initiatives and an exhibition of works by students of Kobe Bunka Fashion College and Kobe Fashion Vocational College.
