Women’s health changes dramatically with age.

With the coming of the New Year, many of you may be concerned about your physical fitness and shape.

We will conduct a health checkup for those who are concerned about their health.

After the checkup, we will also tell you about self-care that you can do right away.

Depending on the time of the day, children are welcome to attend.

(We will set up a kid’s space, but there will be no babysitting service, so please ensure the safety of your own children.)
