Kobe Kitano Hotel (Chuo-ku, Kobe), which was temporarily closed for renovation work, reopened for business on April 1. To commemorate the reopening, “The World’s Best Breakfast” will be served at lunch time from April 1 to May 7.

The “World’s Best Breakfast” has been served during lunch time at the Corona Disaster since September 2020 in order to decentralize the number of customers entering the restaurant. The “World’s Best Breakfast” is a European-style breakfast officially presented by General Manager and Executive Chef Hiroshi Yamaguchi and his mentor Bernard Loiseau, and Kobe Kitano Hotel is the only hotel that is officially allowed to serve it.
The only hotel in Kobe that is officially allowed to offer this European-style breakfast is Kitano Hotel. It is a one-of-a-kind breakfast based on Loiseau’s breakfast, including “drinkable salad,” a special juice prepared without destroying the enzymes and nutrients of the ingredients, and confiture that preserves the rich aroma and freshness of the ingredients.
Hyogolaise” from 8,980 yen (including tax and service charge)
The “Hyogolaise” breakfast, which is recommended for second and subsequent customers, is also available for lunch, and is made with Hyogo ingredients. The lineup includes items that can only be enjoyed here, such as pâté made with a unique russet blend of the flavor of Kobe pork and the aroma of Kobe beef, and Jambon Volaille, a juicy fire-cooked Hyogo chicken breast.
In addition to Kobe Kitano Hotel, they will also be offered for a limited time at group restaurants “Théâtre Le Bois” (Nishinomiya City) and “E.O.” (Osaka City). <
