In order to help companies in the city secure human resources amidst the intensifying competition for human resources in the post-coronation society, we are inviting companies to participate in the “KOBE Job Fair,” a face-to-face joint corporate information session for job-seeking and job-changing applicants and students scheduled to graduate in March 2024, as follows.
1. Outline
| Number of companies to be recruited | Approximately 30 companies per day |
| Date | Friday, August 4 and Saturday, August 5, 2023, 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (tentative) *You can choose to participate on either one or both days. *If there are many applications, selection and drawing will be conducted. Please note that even if you wish to participate on both days, you may be selected to attend only one day. |

| Target participants | Job-hunters, career changers, and students who will graduate from universities, etc. in March 2024 [Reference] Participants in the same event held in January 2023 (162 people) ・Students: approx. 30%, non-students: approx. 70% ・20-30youth: approx. 80%, 40+: approx. 20% *Participation may differ from that of this event due to differences in timing. The participation rate may differ from the current survey due to differences in the timing of the event, etc. |
| Details of the event | 1) Company information sessions in the form of booths 2) Job hunting consultation/resume correction/mock interview booths 3) Job hunting support seminars (how to choose a job, find a company, etc.) 4) Company introductions and guidance to participants by a company introduction concierge |
| Pre-Fair Seminars | Prior to the fair, a recruitment support seminar will be held for participating companies to provide information on PR points that will resonate with job seekers in job postings and at joint corporate information sessions. (Scheduled for June 20 online. Details will be provided with notification of selection.) |
The content of the seminar may be changed or the event may be cancelled due to various reasons.
