Kobe Beef Cuisine Too Many” delivers the charm of Kobe beef in a variety of cooking methods, with the hope that customers will rediscover that Kobe has beef that it can boast to the world. The unique course offers approximately 300 grams of Kobe beef.
The restaurant says it decided to open the restaurant in response to growing inbound demand, such as the shift to category 5 for new coronavirus infections and the shift to international flights at Kobe Airport in 2025.
After gaining experience in various culinary genres such as French, Italian, and creative cuisine, Soichiro Sugitani, who opened the restaurant and serves as the chef, offers a menu featuring Kobe beef.
The 10-course menu is served in a private atmosphere with only counter seating for 7 people, with an impressive large single plate. Starting with the “Kobe Beef Tataki,” which is served with the first bite of meat as a greeting, you can fully enjoy Kobe beef in a total of seven dishes.
Kobe Beef Shabu Shabu
The “Kobe Beef Shabu Shabu,” which is especially recommended, is a gem of thinly sliced Kobe beef, covered with bonito and kelp broth for flavor and aroma, and served with a homemade ponzu sauce for a refreshing taste.
