Kobekko Insect Exhibition,” an annual summer event at Kobekko Land, will be held until July 30.
This popular annual summer event introduces rare species that are rarely seen in town, such as the Hercules beetle, known as the world’s largest beetle, and the turtles, the king of aquatic insects, in their living form. More than 1,000 specimens of familiar insects, including butterflies and frogs, are also on display.
In addition to the fountain, which is in operation only during the summer, the facility has a music studio where visitors can try out their favorite musical instruments, large net play equipment (recommended for ages 6-12) where visitors can explore the net while thinking with their whole body, and a tent slide where they can climb up to the top or lie down. <A word from the reporter>
From July 22, visitors can experience drums, ocean drums to feel the sound of waves, and more at “Summer Vacation! Family Music Day” (until August 27) and other special events will also be held.
It is great for families with children to be able to play both indoors and outdoors!
