Kobe City: Let’s learn about recycling! Environmental learning event will be held

An environmental learning event will be held at Comista Kobe (Kobe City Lifelong Learning Support Center) where you can learn about plastic recycling and “Kobe Kiero”, which makes food waste disappear.
This event can be used for free research during the summer vacation, etc. Please join us!

(1) Recycle by playing with PETIT-PUCHI®

In fact, August 8 is PETIT-PUCHI Day. In honor of Puti-Puchi Day, we will hold a Puti-Puchi® traveling class where you can learn how to make and recycle Puti-Puchi® in a fun way. You can actually crush PETIT-PUCHI® to experience its volume reduction and play with the rare PETIT-PUCHI®. Come and play with as much Puchi Puchi® as you like. Participants will receive prizes.
(2)Refill Pack Recycling Project Exhibition
An exhibition will be held to introduce the horizontal refill pack recycling project being undertaken by Kobe City and partner companies.
Participants who bring their used refill packs will receive a prize.

(3) “Kobe Quiero” Summer Seminar for Parents and Children
We will set up an exhibition booth for parents and children so that children can learn about the “Kobe Quiero”. The booth will feature a video presentation for parents and children. A video of the workshop for parents and children will be shown in the booth.
Elementary school students in the city who attend the course with their parents will receive 5 liters of black soil and a pamphlet on how to work with it. (5 liters of black soil is limited to the first 100 pairs, and parents/guardians need to register on the official Kobe Kiello LINE.
