A large-scale sports entertainment facility “KOBE Super Stadium (tentative name)” is scheduled to open on the 8th floor of Kobe Fashion Plaza on Rokko Island, which is undergoing redevelopment with the aim of opening in the spring of 2024.
The planning team of Namco Bandai Amusement Inc. that planned and developed “VSPARK,” a new variety sports facility currently located in Expo ’70 Commemorative Park in Osaka, and “Tondemi,” a full-scale indoor athletic facility with a trampoline, climbing wall, rope walk, and other facilities Ltd. is in charge of producing the project.
The theme of the facility is to create new value and promote sports SDGs through sports entertainment facilities, and it aims to be a facility where participants can work together as one, for example by recycling waste collected at events and stores.

The museum will also provide visitors with an opportunity to learn about Kobe’s sports culture, such as soccer and rugby, which were popular in Kobe at the dawn of Japan’s history.
