Kobe City: Report on the Results of the Third Response Verification of the New Coronavirus Infectious Disease Countermeasures

Publication of the Report on the Third Verification of Kobe City’s Response to New Coronavirus Infections
and Call for Comments and Suggestions on the Report

The first verification of Kobe City’s response to new coronavirus infections was conducted in July 2020, and the second in December 2021.
In July 2020 and December 2021, the city compiled the results of the first and second verification, respectively, and has been taking necessary measures based on the results of each verification.
Since new coronavirus infection was changed to a category 5 infectious disease in May 2023, the city’s
response after the second verification was reviewed and verified, and to prepare for the next infectious disease crisis, the “Third Response Verification Team for New Coronavirus
Infectious Disease Control Measures” was established within the government, and verification work has now been conducted. We are pleased to announce that the “Kobe City New
Coronavirus Countermeasures Tertiary Response Verification Result Report” has been compiled.
