Kobe City: Recipients of the FY2023 Kobe City Citizens’ Welfare Award Determined

The recipients of the 2023 Kobe City Citizen’s Welfare Award have been determined as follows.

1. Summary

In accordance with the spirit of the provisions of the “Kobe Citizens’ Welfare Preservation Ordinance,” the City of Kobe presents the “Citizen’s Welfare Merit Award” and “Citizen’s Welfare Encouragement Award” to individuals and organizations that have contributed to the improvement and development of citizen welfare and whose achievements are particularly noteworthy.
We are pleased to announce that the winners of each award for fiscal year 2023 have been selected.

2. Types of Awards

(1) Citizen’s Welfare Achievement Award

Presented to individuals or organizations that have contributed to the improvement and development of citizen welfare and whose achievements are particularly outstanding.

(2) Citizen’s Welfare Encouragement Award

Presented to individuals or organizations that are expected to make positive progress in the promotion of citizen welfare in the future and whose activities should be particularly encouraged.
