The buffet restaurant SORA opened on September 6 at Hotel Plaza Kobe on Rokko Island (Higashinada-ku, Kobe City).
In response to the popularity of the buffet events held for limited periods in the past, the banquet hall “Sora no Ma” on the 18th floor was reopened as the permanent buffet restaurant “SORA. From now on, a variety of dishes with seasonal themes will be offered.
The first event is the dinner buffet “Festival of Meat and Desserts -Festival of Meat and Desserts-” (until October 31), which offers approximately 60 kinds of dishes.
Gourmet meats include “Beef Steak with Mushroom Sauce,” “Roast Lamb with Hotel Garden Mint Sauce,” and “Roasted Spanish Iberico Pork with Cassis ” and other hearty all-you-can-eat dishes made with carefully selected ingredients.
Desserts include “Hotel Plaza Kobe’s traditional cheesecake,” “Mont Blanc” and “Fig Tart” to remind you of the autumn season, The pastry chef has prepared a variety of gorgeous and delicate sweets.
All seats face the windows, so you can enjoy the harbor view of the port city of Kobe from the large windows! During the opening period, special prices are available to commemorate the opening.
