Launch of the WEB site “Kobe City Council Navi” and operation of X (formerly Twitter)

1 Overview

　The Kobe City Council Public Relations Committee was established on Thursday, June 23, 2022, to discuss measures to promote public understanding of the activities of the City Council, and to plan, draft, and implement public relations for the Council with “content that will be conveyed to citizens. The committee has been studying means of public relations for the city council and has taken new initiatives, such as interaction between students and council members during tours of the council chambers and the creation of a video introducing the city council.
　Now, in order to get the younger generation interested in the assembly and politics, we have launched a new website, “Kobe City Assembly Navi,” and will begin operating “X” (formerly Twitter).

2 Main contents to be posted/contributed

　City meeting schedule, videos introducing city meetings, picture books introducing city meetings, statements made at regular city meetings, etc.

3 Date and time of opening and operation

　Monday, October 2, 2023, from 10:00 a.m.
