Hakutsuru in Nada-Gogo to Reopen Factory for Factory Tours after 4 Years, Tastings, Gourmet Food, and Live Music

Hakutsuru Brewing Company and Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum (Higashinada-ku, Kobe) will hold “Hakutsuru 2023 Autumn Sake Brewery Open House” on October 14.

This fall, for the first time in four years, tours of the “Head Office No. 3 Factory” will resume, with employees guiding visitors through the brewing process from the tour corridor, as well as paid tastings, gourmet food, live music, and events for families to enjoy.

Paid tastings are available on a ticket basis, starting at 500 yen per ticket. Visitors will be able to taste Doroguchi (freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake), which is not usually sold, Bekkaku, ZIMA, BLUE MOON, and non-alcoholic sake-tasting beverages developed by the Young Scientists’ Project.

In addition to preparing standing tents exclusively for eating and drinking, the outdoor goods brand LOGOS will cooperate in opening up the lawn. You can enjoy your meal and relax on a LOGOS tarp and chairs.

Food stalls and kitchen cars will offer a wide range of special dishes, desserts, and soft drinks. You can enjoy them not only as lunch, but also as snacks to pair with drinks.

On the stage, there will be professional juggling and live music performances by employees, as well as sake brewing songs. There will also be food stalls such as super ball scooping, and events for children to enjoy such as “paper making” using recycled saké cartons, as well as fresh vegetables for sale.

Fukubukuro” 2,000 yen (tax included), containing 4,000 yen worth of goods!

The popular “Fukubukuro” is a limited edition of 400 sets containing a variety of items from the company’s sake, beer, and liqueur lineup. Also new this time is the “Sake Lottery to Try Your Luck,” in which participants will be able to win sake worth at least 1,000 yen (limited to 180 people).
