The project to formulate the next “Comprehensive Basic Plan” has begun! The Comprehensive Basic Plan is the city’s vision for the future of the city and its direction. As the city is undergoing major changes, such as the internationalization of Kobe Airport and the redevelopment of Sannomiya, the plan is being reviewed for the first time in 30 years.
