What will you do this year? Costume Contest will be held at “Rokko Island

The annual “Rokko Island Halloween Festival 2023” will be held at the Rokko Island River Mall (Higashinada-ku, Kobe) on October 28 and 29. Admission is free.

On the day of the festival, visitors can enjoy Halloween with the slogan “Trick or Treat! and you will receive candy (limited quantities available), a “Halloween Quest,” a participatory riddle-solving program in which you solve questions and win prizes, an art corner where you can carve real pumpkins and make pumpkin lanterns, and many other events. The event will also feature a stage for local dance teams to perform.

Local dance teams and artists will perform on stage to enliven the event, and there will also be a fluffy playground popular with children and a traditional fair corner.

The annual costume contest is also scheduled to be held, with gorgeous prizes to be awarded to the top finishers. Details will be announced on the “special site” to be released at a later date.
