Kobe City: Reopening of the observation lobby on the 24th floor of City Hall Building No. 1

The observation lobby on the 24th floor of City Hall Building No. 1, which had been undergoing repair work since it was closed for the mass vaccination for the new corona vaccine, has now been completed and will be reopened.
In conjunction with the reopening, we have also renewed the contents of the exhibition.

Date and time of reopening

Saturday, October 14, 2023, 10:00 a.m.

Opening hours

(1)Opening days (weekdays)

9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

(2)Closed days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
*During open hours, one elevator for upper floors will be in direct and exclusive operation to the 24th floor observation lobby:
(elevator with red doors)

3. Exhibition contents (newly built)

(1) Installation of digital signage

Displays
PR images of sightseeing spots and major projects in the city to convey the attractiveness of Kobe

(2) “BEKOBE” monument (miniature version)

Installed at five locations in the city
to transmit the thoughts behind the “BEKOBE” monuments and encourage visitors to tour each monument
