Purpose
The purpose is to sell city-owned land that the city does not plan to use, to make effective use of unused land, and to secure financial resources.
2. Method
Bids are solicited from a wide range of participants, and the land is sold to the highest bidder at or above the city’s estimated price (minimum sale price). The minimum sale price will be made public. Eligible properties are generally large sites of 300 square meters or more.
