Press Release (March 13, 2024)
Community Revitalization Division, Community Collaboration Bureau
Kobe City has been working to ensure safe places for children in cooperation with schools and communities, etc. In recent years, however, the decline in physical fitness due to children not playing outside has become an issue.
In order to create a safe environment for children to play outside and promote their healthy growth both mentally and physically, we will hold the “Kobe Children’s Place Forum: Creating a Collaborative Place for Children to Play Outside” (3 sessions) to discuss the division of roles and cooperation among schools, government, local communities, NPOs, and others as follows. In addition, an outdoor play experience (play park) will be held at Minato no Mori Park.
