GIGA Factory Gear Kobe, a specialty store for high-quality tools, opened on the fifth floor of ROKKO i PARK, which opened on Rokko Island (Higashinada-ku, Kobe City) on March 1.

Factory Gear has 16 stores in Japan and abroad, and the new “GIGA Factory Gear Kobe” is the largest store in Japan, boasting a sales floor area of 350 tsubo.

In addition to the mainstay “Factory Gear” store, this is truly a wonderland for working people, with a collection of 18 brands that propose new Japanese work styles under the concept of “attractive work styles from Kobe.

This new type of store offers fitness equipment and supplements, workwear that is both fashionable and functional, as well as a wide range of tools from various brands that are the purveyors of professionals.

At “THINK” on the left as soon as you enter, you can actually see, touch, and purchase fitness equipment used at Gold’s Gym, such as treadmills and bench presses.

Next, we visited “GRACE ENGINEERS,” a fashionable workwear brand popular for its ties and overalls.

Their patented “Grace Back” ties and salopettes have a zipper-opening function at the hips, making them stress-free even when using the restroom!

At Yamashita Kogyo Kenkyusho’s “Ko-ken” you can actually try out their socket wrenches.

I tried tightening a bolt myself and was surprised to find that it required almost no effort. I want to share this with my DIY-loving friends!
