With the ongoing digitization of administrative services, “smartphone consultation sessions” will be held sequentially at local welfare centers in the city, where people unfamiliar with smartphones can learn how to use them and discuss their problems in familiar places. The “Smartphone Consultation Sessions” will be held sequentially at local welfare centers in the city. In addition, university students and others will be used as lecturers in order to build ties between university students and the community and to promote mutual assistance between generations.
Two types of consultation sessions, which citizens can participate in free of charge, will be held at each local welfare center for each community organization (195 organizations of the Fureai Community Development Council, etc.) that wishes to
hold such sessions
