Kobe City: ~Joint Company Information Session for 2025 Graduates and Graduates – “KOBE

In order to help companies in the city secure human resources amid the accelerating trend toward a seller’s market due to the decline in the working-age population, the “KOBE Job Fair”, a face-to-face joint corporate information session for students scheduled to graduate in March 2025 and people seeking jobs or looking to change jobs, will be held. The KOBE Job Fair is a face-to-face joint corporate information session for students scheduled to graduate in March 2025, as well as job-seeking and career-changing job-seekers.

Outline

Number of companies to be recruited	Approximately 30 companies per day
Date of the fair	June 12 (Wednesday) and 13 (Thursday), 2024 12:00 – 16:00 (tentative) You can choose to participate on either one or both days. If there are too many applications, selection will be made based on the application guidelines. In the event of a large number of applications, selection will be made based on the application guidelines.
Location	Kobe Sunbow Hall 1F Large Exhibition Hall (5-1-32 Hamabedori, Chuo-ku, Kobe)
Participants	Students who will graduate from universities, etc. in March 2025, and those who wish to find or change jobs.
Details of the event	1) Company information sessions in the form of booths 2) Individual interview booths (casual interviews with booth visitors, can be used for individual interviews) 3) Job hunting consultation/resume correction/mock interview booths 4) Job hunting support seminars (how to choose a job, find companies, etc.) 5) Company introduction concierges will introduce and guide participants to companies
Pre-seminar	Scheduled to be conducted online on Wednesday, May 22, 2024. A recruitment support seminar will be held for participating companies to provide information on PR points that will resonate with job seekers in job postings and at joint company information sessions. (Details will be provided with notification of selection.)

Participation Fee	Free of charge *Transportation and other expenses to and from the venue are to be borne by participants.

Notification of Results	By early May 2024, the Management Office will send notification of the results to the e-mail address registered at the time of application.
