The 40th Akashi Ninth Concert will be held on December 22 (Sun.), 2024 at Akashi Civic Hall. The 40th Akashi Ninth Concert The 40th Akashi Ninth Concert” will be held on December 22 (Sun.), 2024 at the Akashi Civic Hall!

The “Beginners’ Practice Course” for inexperienced singers and beginners will start in June and the “Regular Practice Course” for those who do not participate in the Beginners’ Course will start in July. Please note that the participation deadlines for each are different!

Number of applicants

[Mixed Voices: Soprano/Alto/Tenor/Bass]
◎If there are too many applications, participants will be selected by a strict lottery. （In case of oversubscription, participants will be selected by strict lottery.)

Participation fee

General 10,000 yen/Students (junior high school to university students) 2,000 yen
*The fee will be collected at the first practice. The fee is non-refundable.

Eligibility

Junior high school students or older who are willing to cooperate in the operation of the event and who are able to stand for about 1.5 hours without memorizing music or assistance.
Applicants must be able to attend at least 10 rehearsals.
◎Please be sure to attend the conductor’s practice day and the rehearsal day before the rehearsal.
