On May 11, “Sake Brewery Culture Dojo,” a seminar event, will be held at Kobe Shu-shin-kan (Higashinada-ku, Kobe), known for its sake “Fukuju” and other products. Participation is now being accepted.
Kobe Shu-shin-kan is a popular sake brewery that has won many awards at sake competitions held in Japan and abroad, and its “Fukuju Junmai Ginjo” was served at the official Nobel Prize event.
The “Sake Brewery Culture Dojo” is held regularly at Kobe Shu-shin-kan as an effort to promote culture from the brewery. This time, under the theme of “Exercise and Health Promotion,” Professor Kazuhiro Harada of Kobe University’s Graduate School of Human Development and Environmental Studies will talk about the key points to keep exercising without strain, focusing on research results from psychology and behavioral science.
After the seminar, there will be time to relax and enjoy sake tasting, as well as a reception for those who wish to enjoy seasonal dishes and sake from the brewery at Sakasakabayashi, a restaurant on the premises (reservation required, 5,000 yen extra).
