First in Hyogo! Osaka-based supermarket focusing on freshness opens in Higashinada-ku, Kobe

On May 17, “Yaasen Uozaki Minami Store” (Higashinada-ku, Kobe City), a fresh food supermarket that “delivers excitement and focuses on freshness,” will open in Higashinada-ku, Kobe City. This is the first store to open in Hyogo Prefecture.

The store, headquartered in Noda, has five stores in Osaka and other prefectures, and two stores in Nagoya. All of the stores are located in shopping arcades, but this will be the first roadside store to open in the prefecture.

The sales floor of approximately 160 tsubo (554.77 m2) will mainly sell fresh produce, fresh fish, meat, and other fresh foodstuffs. Based on the concept of a fresh food market, the store will be designed to create a lively market atmosphere.
