The “Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge Cruise” started service in July 2021. Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge Cruise Akashi Kaikyo Bridge Cruise Free Boarding Campaign for Elementary School Students and Younger will be held from March 12, 2022 (Saturday)!
The 75-minute cruise departs from Iwaya Port (in front of Awaji Island Taco Station), passes right under the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, sees Hello Kitty Smile, and makes a U-turn. Regular fare is 2,500 yen for junior high school students and older, 1,000 yen for elementary school students, and free for infants.

Awaji Island Takoste” at Iwaya Port is a tourist facility that opened on March 10, 2020 (Tuesday) on the former site of the Akashi Awaji Ferry (nicknamed “Tako Ferry”) terminal, which discontinued its service in 2012!
