The Children and Families Bureau Designated Manager Selection Evaluation Committee will be held as follows to evaluate the management and operation conducted by the designated manager in fiscal 2023.

Evaluation of the management and operation in FY2023
Facilities to be evaluated:
– Children’s Center (Kobekko Land)
– Kobekko Asobi Hiroba (Okaba, Rokko Island, Seishin-chuo)
– Youth Hall
– Children’s Hall （Children’s Halls (50 publicly-offered facilities, 65 non-publicly-offered facilities), School Childcare Corner (1 facility)
・Self-Reliance Support Home for Children
・Single Parent Family Support Center

Observation procedures

Those who wish to observe the meeting will be accepted on-site from 14:20 to 14:30 on the day of the meeting. Due to the limited space, the first-come, first-served basis will be applied. No parking is available at the above-mentioned location.
・Part of the committee meeting may be closed to the public by a majority vote of the attending committee members.
Photography and recording of the meeting are not permitted.
Please note that cameras will not be allowed in the meeting room until the beginning of the meeting and the start of the proceedings.
