The “Science Festival for Youth Kobe Venue Convention 2024,” an event where visitors can enjoy making things and conducting experiments, will be held at Bando Kobe Science Museum for Youth (Chuo Ward, Kobe City) on September 7 and 8. Admission to the exhibition rooms is free on both days, but there is a fee for the planetarium.
The event is held every year to promote children’s interest in science. The event is called “Chilli Men DE BINGO!” and “Let’s make constellations with Hoshizuna,” as well as stage programs such as “Let’s experience the world of -196°C” and “Science Show.
There will also be “classroom-style” workshops where visitors can experience hands-on training and crafts in a relaxed atmosphere. Programs such as “gold medal making” and “key chain making using polarized film” will be available. Numbered tickets, which will be distributed from 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event, are required to participate, and distribution will end when capacity is reached.

My child looks forward to this event every year because he can learn about science while having fun!
