The popular “Koku Buffet” is being offered at “Buffet Restaurant SORA” in Hotel Plaza Kobe (Higashinada-ku, Kobe City) from July 20 to August 31.

The “Extreme Dinner Buffet: Crab, Meat, and Sweets,” which has been well received by the media, will be held again this summer in response to customer requests.

The highlight of the menu is a “crab tower” filled to the brim with snow crabs. The menu also includes “Beef Steak Tagliata” and other meat dishes that will give you plenty of stamina and satisfaction, as well as 25 kinds of gorgeous-looking sweets.

All seats at the SORA buffet restaurant on the hotel’s top floor face the window. The large windows offer an expansive ocean view, and the buffet can be enjoyed in an open and airy atmosphere.
