New bathtub and cold sweat room! A limited-time gourmet fair is also being held at “Arima Kaido

Arima Kaido Onsen Suzurin no Yu” in Kita-ku, Kobe, has undergone a major renovation, including the opening of a new indoor bathtub and a new cold sweat room in the bedrock bath area.

In addition, various efforts are being made to liven up the summer vacation, including a limited-time gourmet fair, new menu items, and the sale of special tour tickets in collaboration with “Kobe Animal Kingdom” (Chuo Ward, Kobe City).

There are two types of “new bathtubs” in the main bathhouse. The “Momiji” side features an emerald green bathtub with “natural miyamizu” hot spring water, selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan, while the “Takebayashi” side has a calm atmosphere and offers the hotel’s signature “natural hot spring” water.

The “Cool Down Cold Sweat Room,” newly installed in the bedrock bath area, rapidly cools down your burning body. The blue light that illuminates the entire room, creating a cool and fantastic atmosphere, can be changed to any desired intensity.

The “wooden deck area,” popular as a resting space after bathing or rock bath, has been expanded in size and is now more easily accessible.

A salon-quality “shampoo bar” has also been newly introduced for women. Three types of shampoo and treatment from “SERENO,” a hair salon located in Kita Ward, are available.

The in-house restaurant “Kobe Onsen Sousaku Dining Ao” is currently holding a limited-time “Tokai Fair. Guests can enjoy a variety of Nagoya specialties such as “Hitsumabushi Gozen,” an authentic Nagoya specialty using specially selected sauce, an extra-large “Misokatsu Gozen,” and “Kishimen,” a dish of noodles with a smooth texture that is addictive.

Also new on the grand menu is “Homemade Kokuma Curry” supervised by a famous Kanazawa restaurant. You can also enjoy “Katsu Curry” made with sweet potato pork, “Hamburger Curry” made with 100% beef, and other hearty arranged menus.

A “special private room” has been newly established in the restaurant. These are kotatsu-type seats with a calm “Japanese” atmosphere.

A “Round Trip Ticket” that includes an admission ticket to the popular Port Island spot “Kobe Animal Kingdom” and a bathing ticket (bathing + towel set) for Suzurin-no-Yu is now on sale.

The ticket is up to 500 yen less than the regular price, and the electronic ticket allows for smooth entry.

August 31 “Yoshinori Yamamoto x STAYG Special LIVE

In August, “Yoshinori Yamamoto x STAYG Special LIVE” (August 31), “Fireworks Display” (August 14-16), and “Suzuran Fair Part 2” (August 24-30) will be held at the facility.

Personally, I’m really interested in the “Cool Down Cold Sweat Room”! It looks like a great way to feel cool visually as well. The gourmet fair menu also looks delicious and makes me want to visit during the Bon vacation.
