The Kobe Art Festa for the Disabled [nickname: HUG⁺ (Hug Plus) Exhibition] is held to promote social participation of persons with disabilities, support and promote artistic and cultural activities, and raise citizens’ awareness of welfare. We invite people and groups of people with disabilities who are engaged in artistic and creative activities in the city to submit paintings, calligraphy, photographs, three-dimensional works, etc., and all works will be exhibited. All works will be exhibited, and after rigorous judging by experts, prize money and prizes will be awarded. Please come and see the works full of emotion and expression of the artist’s thoughts and feelings.

*Open at 1:00 pm on the first day, close at 2:00 pm on the last day

Exhibition of approximately 540 paintings, calligraphies, photographs, sculptures, and other artworks submitted by people and groups of people with disabilities in Kobe City.
