Reference】Outline of Harbor Highway
Harbor Highway is a 10.5km-long road connecting Port Island to Rokko Island via Shinko Jetty, Shinko Higashi Wharf and Maya Wharf.
As a connecting road between the Kobe Port piers, the entire route was opened to traffic in February 1993 to facilitate smooth port logistics (Port Facilities).
The toll section runs from the Shinko Ramp to the Takaha Ramp, and also connects to the Hanshin Expressway No. 5 Wangan Route at Sumiyoshi Beach.
