The Port of Kobe is one of the largest ferry hubs in western Japan. Currently, there are three ferry terminals at the Port of Kobe, with domestic ferry services connecting the Seto Inland Sea and Kyushu, as well as international ferry services connecting to China (Shanghai).
1. Kobe Port Terminal
This terminal is equipped with CIQ facilities such as customs, immigration, and quarantine, and is capable of handling regular international ferries. The terminal is located on the Shinko No. 4 Jetty and is directly connected to the Port Terminal Station of the Port Liner, providing excellent access.

Rokko Island Ferry Terminal
The Rokko Island Ferry Terminal has three berths that can accommodate large ferries, and is equipped with a dedicated terminal with a parking lot and passenger waiting area. Located in the northeastern part of Rokko Island, the terminal is close to the Hanshin Expressway Wangan Line entrance/exit, making it possible to quickly travel to your next destination.

3.Kobe Sannomiya Ferry Terminal
This terminal was newly built in September 2014. Located on the Shinko No. 3 Jetty, it is an easy 20-minute walk from Sannomiya Station or a 10-minute ride on the connecting bus. It also has excellent access to the Hanshin Expressway Kobe Line and the Wangan Line.
