Message Live “Kobe School” will be held on December 21 at Stage Felissimo (Chuo-ku, Kobe). This year’s 328th event will feature TV personality Marina Watanabe as a guest speaker, who will give a lecture on the theme of “How to find your own way of life: Live as lightly as the wind. Advance registration is required and the fee is 1,200 yen (500 yen for online delivery).
Ms. Watanabe started her career in entertainment at a young age and has continued to be active as a celebrity with her clean and cheerful character even after her marriage. She is also known for being one of the first to introduce Taiwan and Pilates in Japan, and her natural sensibility has attracted the attention of many women.
In this lecture, she will talk about her experiences in the entertainment industry and what she feels in the process of exploring “how to live a life that is true to oneself” based on her daily realizations.
Ms. Watanabe will also introduce “Otona no Jyoshikai,” a project she started with Maki Nomiya and Takami Matsumoto under the slogan “Let’s enjoy life from our 50s onward. This project is an activity that proposes to help older women lead beautiful, healthy, and happy lives.

made her debut in 1986. Born in Tokyo. With her clean and cheerful character, she is active in various genres such as TV, radio, commercials, and essay writing. After getting married and having a baby, she has continued to be active in a wide range of activities, including writing essays and picture books about her natural lifestyle. Currently, she appears regularly on TBS’s “Hiruobi” and Nippon Broadcasting System’s “All Night Nippon Music 10. She is also a regular contributor to the weekly magazine Bunshun WOMAN’s “Welcome to Otona no Jyoshi-kai. is a well-received serialization.
