In most cases, you will be defeated by the force even if you struggle, and it is even more dangerous if you don’t know what to do and can’t do anything.Martial arts are scary.

“I’d be willing to take a one-day seminar.”In response to requests from women, we will hold a 2-hour self-defense seminar that takes women’s physique into consideration.
Recently, there are many crimes involving women, and we hope that those who do not usually have a chance to learn self-defense techniques will take just one step forward.
Please come alone, with your parents, with your children, or with your friends.
