Former Agricultural Park Reopens as “Kobe Agri-Park

Kobe Winery, a former agricultural park in Kobe City’s Nishi Ward, reopened on April 12 as Kobe Agri-Park! In addition to barbecue facilities, cafes, and restaurants, “Nemophila Hill” will be held until May 6.

The concept of this facility, which was created by redeveloping a former agricultural park, is to “contribute to the KOBE Satoyama SDGs. It aims to be a place where people can experience, feel, enjoy, learn, and interact with the blessings of Kobe’s agriculture, food, and satoyama.

The facilities include a barbecue area, restaurants, a café, a ceramics museum, and many other spots where visitors can experience a variety of things centered on “food” and “agriculture! It is sure to be fun for all ages, from parents to children.

The barbecue site does not require any tools or ingredients. The original store offers a wide selection of Kobe specialties in addition to “Kobe Wine,” and at the “Tajima Corner,” visitors can enjoy the taste of Tajima in Kobe. At the pottery pavilion, visitors can enjoy a wide range of experiences, from painting to making ceramics from clay, under the guidance of craftsmen.

Also, “Nemophila Hill 2025” will be held as a highlight until May 6. About 1 million flowers of nemophila will be in full bloom on the expansive site. The harmony of the hill’s blue nemophila and the clear blue sky is said to be especially spectacular.

During the event period, buffets can be enjoyed at restaurants and kitchen cars will be set up, so it will be a great opportunity to enjoy the event in combination with other events.
