Kaminaka Park (Higashinada-ku, Kobe) is a 5-minute walk southwest of Hanshin Mikage Station. It is a cozy park, but you can play there safely as it is surrounded by a residential area.

Higashinada Danjiri Week” is held every year from May 3 to May 5, and this park is sometimes used as a waiting area for danjiri floats. Incidentally, the year 2025 is the “Mikage Danjiri Special Tour for the 30th Anniversary of the Earthquake”.
At the back of the park, there are two slides facing each other.
They are standard slides, but it is fun to compete with your friends by sliding down them at the same time with a “Se~no! and compete with your friends at the same time.
There is also an S-shaped jungle gym next to the park, which is about 2 meters high, so toddlers can exercise together with adults.
On the other side are four swings, two dinosaur swing sets, and a sandbox area. In addition, there are covered benches and water fountains for resting.
There is also health equipment such as a bench for stretching your back and a dangling swing. You can do a little stretching!
Benches are located everywhere, allowing parents to watch their children or eat their lunch.

If you are looking for take-out, ” curry hut & petit bistro BAKE,” located about a minute’s walk from the park, is the perfect place to get a bento box lunch.
Spiced curry is served at the eat-in restaurant, but a nutritionally balanced “lunch box & set meal of the day” is also available. Reservations are recommended until around 11:00 on the day of the meal, so be sure to check it out when you are out at the park.
