Kobe City: “Kobe Circuit Fest,” a free-to-attend citywide circuit event

A free outdoor festival will be held to tour the city of Kobe while enjoying a wide variety of entertainment, mainly music, but also comedy, dance, and other entertainment and food. This year’s festival, which will be held in conjunction with the Ikuta Shrine Oumi Summer Festival, will feature 82 artists, including 35 registered KOBE Machinaka Performance artists.

For three days, visitors can fully enjoy performances and live music at a total of eight venues, including the new “SANRAKU” (under the elevated railway tracks of Hankyu Sannomiya Station). Even those who do not usually visit live concerts are welcome to participate.

This event will be held in collaboration with “KOBE International Music Festival 2025”.
