Kobe City: No more worries about summer heat! House” life

During this period of intense heat, many people may be troubled that it is difficult to cool down indoors even with air conditioning running at full capacity. In addition to reducing the risk of heat stroke, improving the insulation performance of homes can also be expected to reduce utility costs by improving cooling efficiency.
In collaboration with model houses in various locations in the city, we will be showing the Kobe Healthy Energy-Saving Housing “Sugo! House” houses in collaboration with model houses in various locations in the city.

August 9 (Saturday) to September 7 (Sunday), 2025

Contents

High-performance thermal insulation model houses (newly built and renovated properties) at 12 locations in the city will be open to the public. Properties where overnight stay experience is available are also included.

Eligibility

Those who are considering new construction or renovation, as well as those who have any of the following in mind

• Concerned about the heat and cold in your home
• Are burdened with high utility costs
• Concerned about health checkup results
• Concerned about children’s allergy symptoms
