   A. The event will be held even in case of rain, but will be cancelled in case of a warning.
2. Q. Can I participate even if I do not live in Suma-ku?
   A. Residents of any ward can participate.
3. Q. Can adults observe the event?
   A. Yes, they can. Please ask a staff member.
4. Q. Is the class ever full?
   A. Occasionally. Doors open 10 minutes before the start time, so please come early.
